The Blue Gavel Chapter of MBC is pleased to announce they are underwriting the installation of the Member Memorial Walkway around the relocated flag pole. This is a great opportunity for all members of the club to have an engraved paving stone installed in the walkway!

Two sizes of pavers will be available for purchase. One is a single rectangle approximately 4.65 x 7 inches, and the other is a double-rectangle approximately 9.35 x 7 inches. The single stone can contain up to 3 lines of ¾ inch characters (maximum 11 per line) for $40.00 each. The double stone can contain up to 4 lines of ¾ inch characters (maximum 15 per line) for $80.00 each. Samples are on display in the bar area.

Order forms are available in the bar from Rear Commodore Bill Amatucci. Please read and complete the form accordingly. Checks should be made out to the Blue Gavel - MBC and either returned to the bar or mailed to the Rear Commodore. The walkway will be installed prior to the Memorial Day services at the club. We will attempt to install as many as possible initially, and the remainder throughout the summer. Bear with us as the stone engraver is working with five organizations to accomplish our needs.

This project is in line with the landscape renderings generated last summer, and will be an on-going project until all available pavers have been engraved and sold. I hope each club member gives serious consideration to this project to help it be successful. Should you have questions, please contact R/C Bill Amatucci or me.
